Hello, today I bought a box of metopimazine meds—according to the pharmacist it's the best OTC alternative to metoclopramide, but is it good enough for CTB via SN?

From what I have read it's also a dopamine blocker, but I worry it's not good enough…

I found this:

Metopimazine (Vogalene®) is a dopamine D2receptor antagonist that has been used in France for many years for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting.

Metoclopramide is also a D2 receptor antagonist, with the same uses

I'd say you're good to go? I think. Obviously better to get metoclopramide if you can and know for sure.
