I wonder if it's absolutely necessary to tie your wrists when ctb with inert gas and bag...

I think so. When I tested my inert gas I was convulsing a lot. There could be risk you might grab at the bag or pull on the tubing. Best be safe than sorry. If you're having trouble using restraints for your hands or deciding what to do, I just used the elastic for my exit bag and tied it around the arm of the tightly so that I could squeeze my wrists through.

Well there's different kinds, there's one with zipties, but the one I'm using you just slide your hand under and the elastic presses down on your wrist, holding it in place.
