I've seen the 48 hour guides, but I have no interest in those. Takes too long. I'm too impulsive for something like that.

I'm wondering if you can have breakfast and lunch on the day you're gonna do it and then just wait 8 hours until late evening. Maybe a little longer if needed.

Would that be enough? I would also go without meds. I'm not too bothered about vomiting. And as for possible pain or fast heartbeat or whatever... I'm just beyond caring.

Do you have a fast metabolism? If not, then do the 36-48 hr routine.

I'd recommend at least 16 hrs food fasting and 8 hrs water fasting.

I'm pretty skinny and I don't eat a lot, but I have no idea about my metabolism. 36-48hrs is just too long tho.

I'd recommend at least 16 hrs food fasting and 8 hrs water fasting.
Any specific reason for this? The way I was thinking is that the SN solution is a liquid and would absorb faster anyway.

Look you have time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner it's the timings some people fast for 6,8,10,12,24 it's up to you, how you feel check out Stans guide but adjust the hours when you feel the time is right for SN it could 12,1,2,3 or 4 in the morning.

This is my schedule below and I am happy with all the timings although if I change my mind and have KFC for lunch I will adjust the timings accordingly so my schedule is bang on.

I think, apart from metabolism, it also depends a lot on what you actually eat beforehand. So, avoiding difficult to digest foods can probably cut down the fasting time quite a bit.
