Ctb by insulin overdose!

If there is too much insulin the blood stream will be quickly emptied of sugar, at which point the brain will quickly stop functioning. In the presence of insulin, muscles open the receptor and accept the glucose from insulin and store it as glycogen for future energy needs. If high level of insulin is present, more blood glucose will be taken away by the muscle or liver or brain, making the blood sugar to drop drastically. Body will not able to cope with the drop and cannot generate blood glucose through gluconeogenesis process quickly. This drop in blood sugar is called hypoglycemia and can lead to coma and eventually death.

Unfortunately I think this has a success rate of 25%. so a extremely high dose and solitude is fundamental for this working. If anyone finds you in time and gets you treatment before death you may suffer permanent brain damage.
