Hello everybody
Yesterday I deactived my Instagram account because I wanted to take a break. This morning my boyfriend texted me and told me that he had sent me some reels so I wanted to log in again.
There I was that my account was disabled for violating the Terms.
I was somehow able to change my password, I came as far as somehow getting codes sent to my email to confirm that it is actually my account. So I'm assuming that it hasn't been deleted but I cant' log in and if I look for it, I cant find it.
I don't know how I could get my account back, can anyone help me?
In the help center they say that there should be on screen instructions but there are none so I can't do anything.
Please tell me someone can help me any further, I really want my account back
