Very. When I was about 14 and was really depressed and losing my best friend, I clung to those damn quotes to try and migate the pain or something. Now I just feel a bit disgusted by most "inspirational" stuff.

I've always tried to absorb those inspirational quotes but it always felt forced and empty.
