anyone who knows me knows that i have terrible issues with insomnia. im often awake between 1-3 am CEST and i am constantly fatigued and feel brain fog and lets not even mention the health issues that come from this (being overweight with huge hunger, constant coffee drinking, very clumsy, and all that jazz)

i've recently started therapy and sedative treatment for insomnia and so far its going well. however for poor timing i have traveled to meet my family overseas so i have to deal with jet lag

just wanted to vent
