In which countries can I get Nembutal?

Hello!
Does anybody know in which countries can I get Nembutal without prescription? A guy from this website told me that it is no longer available in Mexica, only in Peru and Bolivia (according to PPH 2025).Is it true? Maybe someone knows how to download PPH 2025?

I wouldn't exactly say Bolivia is a viable option based on this from my Country's Foreign Office Website....

"Tourists, especially those travelling alone, are at some risk of 'express kidnapping' in Bolivia. These are opportunistic abductions aimed at extracting cash from the victim and/or their family. Victims may be held hostage for up to several days or even weeks while criminals use stolen bank or credit cards."

You can't get it from vet stores so you have to find it on black market and they will charge you thousands of dollars and you have no idea if it's real or not.

Any reason why you chose Columbia and not the other South American countries that seem to be a little more well-known for N? Of course, could have been more for a vacation than for this purpose.

You can get it in South America and Mexico it's just a matter of having connections to someone who can get it for you.

Asking because the PPH 2025 contains very recent informations with photos and clear indications on how to get to the right places, beside advices on how to increase your chances of getting it.

To me, based on PPH and unless anybody can point to a recent field report stating the opposite, N is available in Peru.
