this girl hangs herself completely with a thin rope but She regains consciousness after 30 seconds and suffers severely for a minute and dies painfully.
In my opinion The location of the knot next to the neck can not be the cause of her failure Because I've watched a lot of videoes that People did the same thing even with cloth and died easily.
I read somewhere that women have deeper carotid arteries than men And in the past centuries when women were executed, some of them died in great pain. Because their carotid arteries did not close well and properly and they remained consciousness.
Now I want to know your opinion why this girl failed to hang herself painlessly Because no one wants to wake up in the middle of his or her hanging and suffers and dies painfully.

Looks like she improvised or botched a knot, hoping that anything would work. The noose has to tighten when pulled, my guess is that this would have worked without any issues if she would have lubed that shitty rope up and tied a simple noose/slipknot/whatever. Miss one small detail and you end up "hanging in there" whether you want to or not

Agreed, shitty rope and knot. Also, she let herself down really gently. Worst way to do it. You want to drop as hard as possible to get the rope tight instantly.

A minute is "quick" compared to SN that can take 20-40 mins of asphyxiation. The question is which one is more painful.

Dropping hard cause unnecessary pain. If you use a good rope and knot then gentle drop is enough.

Seems like there's so many things that can go wrong when hanging yourself and a lot of factors to determining whether your successful or not. I considered hanging before, but the risk of getting found before I was successful and living with permanent brain damage immediately turned me off from it.

Some people try to CTB based on impulse, and just do what they've seen in the movies/TV, which is always going to be a bad idea (especially with placement of the rope whilst you're hanging). I'm just going by the videos that I've seen, but the peaceful ones generally struggle for a few seconds, and then just twitch a little before they're gone.

One thing I have noticed about people that CTB really quickly; when SI kicks in for a split second, and they're struggling and trying to raise their hands up to remove the rope, they can't even get their hands higher than their hips/waist. Then like 5 seconds later they just freeze and it's over.

Oh! I see what you are trying to say here! That's a good point also. I think she missed a few details that show lack of homework and practice. I also think the video goes on longer and is cut short by the girls talking. She should have had more shaking and muscle twitches before death. This is also a matter of some die real quick and some take a long time. Maybe I'm wrong.

Yeah, I should correct myself a tad bit. Lubing and tying a correct knot does in no way ensure that the rope will tighten (enough) when pulled, apparently.

I've seen lubing a few times but this is just to help keep it tight and slide down easier. I guess you can't really make it more tight but the recommendation is to use soap.
