I’m so tired

Went grocery shopping with my mom today and had some anxiety issues and when we later arrived home she told me that she thinks it's all an act. In the past she has told me that she thinks I act the way I do because I enjoy seeing people in misery and seeing them angry. i don't understand how she can think that. I act the way I do because I have anxiety and depression but no one around me seems to understand. My mom keeps acting like she knows how I feel but then tells me she thinks it's all fake. I can't believe this. My mental breakdowns are the only time I show true emotions because anytime else I'm just a poker face. Living is so painful

God, I'm sorry your mom said that to you. My parents say the same thing. It hurts to be told that you're faking by someone you should be able to trust.
