Im not really sure how i found it but i do remember before thinking to myself....i wonder if there are others out there in my position. I knew there were but did not know how to connect. Now i can.

I'm pleased for you that you found some benefit to this site, I do believe this site is beneficial as it's the one place where people can be open about anything suicide related without suffering more in the psych ward.
