happy birthday to me.....
i tried my best to have a good day yesterday.....
it ended with me bawling all, most(?) of the night and feeling better off dead ... (its 7am the next morning now)

Seriously I think the focus we give to birthdays make it a little weird if you don't feel like bawling as it approaches.

Happy birthday! Or sad birthday. It's just a day. How about this: "as least shit as possible" birthday to you!
