Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I live in an extremely competitive environment. Just today I got into a heated debate with colleagues, where they proceeded to humiliate me because they couldn't accept that my argument was accurate. It's exhausting. I am so stressed all the time, I feel like it may be the cause of my sudden passing. I feel like I don't matter, my opinion doesn't matter, my life doesn't matter - as if these people keep snatching away the little value I have as a human being and ultimately I'm nothing but an oxygen waste to this planet. I'm fucking tired man

There are plenty of steps you can take to minimize your competitiveness - mindfulness, meditation, exercise, no caffeine, etc.

In my case, I felt like I was in fight or flight mode my entire life, and I tended to be hyper competitive too. Finally, went to an endocrinologist and it turns out I have significant cortisol disregulation. Perhaps, you have an underlying health issue contributing to your situation.
