Venting I'm a failure

I fail at life
I fail at coping
I even fail at self harming

Bought some razor blades and wanted to test the blade out on my arm.
I've always used box cutters cuz those were all I had. I've always hated how much effort I had to put into creating an actual bleeding cut with them.
However, when I saw how thin the razors were I got intimidated. Tried one cut in my arm and despite me not putting much pressure it started bleeding profusely.

I stopped.
I'm such a fucking coward. I can't even do this one thing lol?
I fail at everything I do. everything. even fucking harming myself.

It sounds like you did succeed in harming yourself though. Just because you're not shredded to ribbons like some people doesn't mean it wasn't a big deal. I'm sorry you felt compelled to do that. I used to SH for years a while ago.

It's okay. You're not a failure for not continuing to cut yourself. That's a completely normal reaction
