If you had a time machine to go back and talk to your young self, what would you say? You know that what you say he/she will listen and do it, but you can only give him/her one piece of advice.

This for me as well... I would go to my young me, throw all the screens that I had outside the window and like Jester probably beat the shit out of myself.not asking for any technology…my exposure to the internet at a young age has really messed me up.
Just out of curiosity, why do you feel this way with the technology/ internet?not asking for any technology…my exposure to the internet at a young age has really messed me up.
for some context i got my first tablet at 10 years old back in 2013. i thought i was so cool, i was on it 24/7 and was a big anime fan at the time as well. i'd watch episodes of my favorite anime's all day on pirated websites i found that had sexual ads, me being curious i'd visit these websites and i ended up developing a porn addiction as a kid. i'd sign up on social media platforms and lie about my age which ended up with me surrounding myself with not-so-good people.Just out of curiosity, why do you feel this way with the technology/ internet?
