Maybe after death we can become ghosts. Ghosts that can fly around anywhere on this planet, just a spectator observing this world. You can be at any place, and pass through any wall. You can't disturb any living or physical things. Maybe there's a few other ghosts flying around too, so you're not lonely.
What would you like to do? For me, I want to fly over to Area 51, see what kind of stuff they're toying with underground. Then I want to travel the world, meet ghosts from every country and chat with them. When the hype of that dies down, I'll return to my city, find a nice family and just observe them. Pretend like I'm one of them and watch life plays out.
