If My Thread Didn't Receive Replies

If my thread has been pushed far on the list and hasn't received replies can it be moved to another forum category?
Or I can delete it and repost again in another forum category?
Or can I have two of the same threads in original forum and another forum category?

Or can't you just bump it by posting in it again. If someone posts in a thread it automatically goes to the top of the forum list.
