Ideas for obtaining nitrogen tank surreptitiously?

I'd like to buy a nitrogen tank and keep it in my wardrobe, but I live with people and can't think of a way to get it without someone noticing.

It can be used in performance car tires too. Thats the only excuse I ever had if I went the Nitrogen route.

An adequate tank is small enough to fit inside a small-ish duffle bag and not so outrageously heavy as to be suspicious. If you can think of a reason to carry a duffle bag into your room, you should be able to manage bringing a tank in unobtrusively.

I tired to source for nitrogen in my country. Most companies sell B2B now. It's getting more and more difficult to obtain individually.
Same with helium. The party shop helium is more likely not to be 100% pure. They mix oxygen in for 1) liability 2) profits.

I have the same issue...might be easier to get helium in the door without as many weird glances...I don't know how good helium would be though

Try a welding supply store. That's where I got mine. The nitrogen (and argon and helium) used in welding must be pure or it doesn't work. That doesn't give you an excuse for having it in your wardrobe, but it does assure you of the quality.
