People die from drinking too much poppy seed tea, which causes morphine overdose.

I think it could be a peaceful way to die like N, and poppy seeds are readily available at the grocery store. Figuring out the lethal dose may be difficult as with other opioids. But I like the idea because it would only involve drinking a natural plant product, and it feels like a bohemian way to kill yourself.
