Does anyone have an actually reliable way to kms and i dont want to hang myself i dont know what sn and cbt so if someone could tell me an easy and painless method please do.

You may be in luck. It's available from a Polish website but I wouldn't dare order it to the UK for fear of a welfare check but for you it would be within Schengen so it may be different. I'm not promising anything but it would be my gut feeling

It's supplied in commercial packaging and looks genuine enough - and very cheap.
