I have all the supplies, the plan in place... Or so I think... I want to do it.

Then I think about someone who I talk to that no one knows I talk to...how would they be notified? And I start to brainstorm ways to notify them like the delayed email...and then I realize that I still have some planning to do... since I don't even know how that works.

It's like every time I get super close, I think of something I haven't done or some reason it can't be TODAY.

It's exhausting. I'm tired of planning. Tired of contemplating. Tired of worring about how my actions will affect everyone else. Wished there was a way to turn that off.

What's your method? You overthinking ... maybe think about yourself, what you want and make sure you don't end worse

Same here friend, same here... I' have a date set now but I still wake up everyday wishing I could do it without waiting or overthinking too much, I think thats the problem

You know what could help is making a list of all the things you absolutely need to get done. It helps keep track of everything, and helps distinguish what's necessary and what's not. Remember it's okay to take your time with this.
