Venting I tried to shift to a better reality but ut didn't work, I'm back here to this crap reality

Even in my dream I was bored and fed up, I wanted to shift to a parallel world where i have a better life, but I ended up just entering another lucid dream, I counted my fingers and I had 7 fingers, at that moment i was sad and crushed to know that shifting may not be possible, even though i never fully believed in it, I just wanted to try it,to escape this reality, to shift to a new universe where I'm happy, but no, it didn't work. I hate myself

That's what I thought, but I've seen too many people claiming to shift and even getting millions of likes, so I wanted to try it, but it's probably just people confusing lucid dreaming for shifting
