I took a few caffeine pills today to punish myself. I just had a blood pressure of 185/80. I've been feeling dizzy and nauseated. I've puked multiple times. I hate myself so much. I'm feeling too numb to cry.

careful...caffiene od is easy to die to and they can alter your mind so youd even feel worse than usual.
though caffiene is this magical thing that makes you feel more alive and awake, if you take too much your brain will eventually catch up and end up making you feel HORRIBLE if you dont take caffiene.
so just be careful...
