Method I think I've found my way. (Insulin OD?)

This may have been asked by others, but I was wondering, if I take enough rapid acting insulin and maybe use another method like CO poisoning or hanging or jumping somewhere remote where I'd be very far from everything, would it work? I'd have to get the prescription too. Seems like a viable option, but looking for some advice. Thanks.

Are you using insulin to pass out? I don't know what it's like to be diabetic but I know it can be unpleasant so I wouldn't mess with insulin/blood sugar as a way to die. But hey, if it will make you go to sleep with the coals it could help.

I've heard that the symptoms leading up to a diabetic coma are really unpleasant. Have you looked into the pain level?

Yes, its more of discomfort and shakes and like low blood sugar symptoms. Not really pain.

I don't know... I have chronic hypoglycemia (the less severe form if what you'd be doing to yourself) and it is so bad. Severe dizziness and nausea, and straight up aggression at bad times. The term "hangry" exists for a reason.

I made a post yesterday about this same thing. I'm a type 1 diabetic and have a lot of insulin. I'm thinking about just taking a huge dose and lying down. I've been a diabetic for 25 years and have had a lot of low blood sugar episodes. It's not very fun. But I'm wondering if I take a truly large dose it'll happen quickly and there won't be that much misery. Because a low blood sugar isn't fun. But if the blood sugar drops very fast, hence the mega dose of insulin, I'm wondering if I will lose consciousness fast.

I'm a type 1 diabetic and have had many low blood sugar episodes. It's hard to describe, but when you sugar drops, this existential panic sets in. It's like your body telling you you're about to die if you don't fix the problem.

But it is still very miserable. When my sugar drops really low my body goes into this weird panic mode and my anxiety shoots up. It's definitely not pleasant. But it may be the only way for me to I don't want my family to know that I killed myself. And being a type 1 diabetic, it'd probably be ruled as an accident.
