As well as pure food grade SN, analytical grade (AR) or even technical grade are suitable because SN has >98% purity in all of these grades—except "Pink Salt", "Quick Cure", "Curing Salt #1", or "Instacure #1" that has 6.25% SN.

✅ Food Grade: anti-caking agent

✅ AR Grade: No anti-caking & drying agent

✅ Technical Grade: No anti-caking & drying agent - may clump and be damp

❎ Pink curing salt: 2% or 7% SN
