I feel like I just need a looooooooong hug! I have thought about maybe hugging my mom or dad for 5 seconds just feel the love but I guess it would be weird and add some warning signs

It's not weird and I don't think it would set warning signs, it just means you need a a emotional connection to something physical.

I agree with @AhG - nothing weird about asking your family for a hug! Nothing online can replace the warmth of an actual hug.

Physical affection is meaningless and deceitful.Physical affection has all kinds of health benefits. I wish I could get some real life hugs.

I agree so much with that. It is way, way better than drugs, with no side effects.
So sad, it cost nothing to give, and so beneficial to receive.
If I could give you a hug and a smile irl, believe me, I would be doing it!
