My problem is, I been going through depression and anxiety for 30+ years, and I have already experienced being rejected and/or abandoned.

So like a dumbass, I let my fucking guard down. Never again.... Like I said, I'm done.

I've had a lifetime of being abandoned. I've always got over it and moved on in the past at the realisation that I did my best and it's their loss if they don't want to believe in me/us.

The last situation has left me dead inside, haven't moved on or really forward in 10 months. I have a lot of guilt this time and I've throw away a life/person/oppurtunity/happiness and it's all my fault.

If you not at fault it will make things easier recovery wise
