Story i hurt myself in my own stupidity

until yesterday i thought i wasn't able to act out my suicidal urges and thoughts.

i tried to hang myself but the ligature i used failed me after i passed out i found myself on the ground in pain and confusion as i stood up blood covered my face and the entire right side of my body was killing me , after i pulled myself together i went back to clean the blood and pick up the rope luckily no one saw me so i didn't get sent the hospital.
does anyone want to share their failed attempts and what they learned the hard way?

What I learned is that you don't want to rush it because you often make mistakes. Take your time, develop a plan, and have a plan in place if you're found alive, or a back-up method to CTB if the method you first took is unreliable.
