I have to plan everything around mental illness

I am so tried of planning my life around whether im deperesed, or if something will cause a panic attack, will this trigger flashbacks, ETC. and its so hard to deal with i cant be in school anymore, and i cant go outside without headphones, and if i forget to take my meds EVEN ONCE it puts my mental health back so many steps. I cant function as a normal person anymore and i hate it
