It's not just about the holiday season. I can get out of bed to go to the bathroom, yes, but I don't even know how long it has been since I could post or check messages. I am physically ill, yes, but also depressed beyond belief, and I've been depressed most of my life.
If anyone has replied to my posts, please forgive me if I haven't responded. I haven't been able to get out of bed, and I have no internet/tech in my room, and I don't have a phone. (I'm really isolated and alone.)
Tonight, I will reply to as much as I can, but there are also some other things I want to try to address.
