If any of you remember my last post, I don't think I will be able to cbt because I was supossed to do it at my birthday which are in a week. Except they are in two days and not in a week so my plan is kinda sloppy and idk I can do it 😭

Sounds like you might've found a small spark of hope somehow. Of course, only you know what has been happening as of late around you. Maybe your birthday has brought forth the vision of being able to do something?

It's perfectly understandable to slip on plans, to postpone things. If I still had my tanfoglio .25, I'm pretty sure I'd spend hours just staring at it despite it being a (theoretically) instant way out.

Is it a more advanced form of SI or is it truly hope, it's only for you to decide. What I would really tell you is this: don't let your past decide for you. It's the you of today the one that has the real decision. Think about your future and your past, yes, but if the current you is having second thoughts, listen to them. What is it that is pulling you back?

Slithing my throat and overdosing on melatonin because I have nothing much else to do 😭

Pulling me back as of my reason to stay alive? Well I have twin sister, we have separation anxiety (despite us both being 21) she is a half of my heart and I love her to death. I have a dad whom i love really much too, I have a two grandmas, a grandpa, cousin, aunt and uncle and I love them a lot. The biggest problem is my mom and my brother.

It's nice that you have people that adore you. I'm sorry regarding your mom and brother they can go get hit by a car if they are causing you so much pain.
