Ever since the discourse in my friend group happened and it feels like certain friends have been avoiding me. And I don't know what to do anymore, I don't have a proper support system anymore. I can't talk to anyone, because I lost trust in everyone and I feel so alone. I can't do this anymore, these past few days have been so terrible for me it's like the world is telling me to just die already.

You mentioned "discourse" in your friend group -- are you particularly young and online? Did you get "called out" for some trivial wrongdoing? That strikes me as language a lot of people my age on social media would use, and if that's the case, I more than understand your pain and I'm sorry. Social media, by design, is a very divisive and rage-inducing place where people are encouraged to harm one another. What should remain harmless disputes among friends are blown up into accusations of abuse and evil-doing. It's scary and concerning how often people on those platforms make a mountain out of a molehill. You're probably a well-meaning person who made a human mistake and just couldn't keep up to date with "trends" in the internet's idea of morality. If you need to talk to a voice of reason or if you need someone to be there, my DMs are open. I hope things go back to normal and you'll be okay.

I know what it's like to be ignored by someone you like, it's even worse when they are people who say they are your friends, if they are avoiding you because of something you said or some help you sought, they are not your friends, remember that it is better to be alone than in bad company.

I second this.
