my driving lesson was ok. Being that I have my license now I am able to go to new places while my instructor reminds me of tips here and there. We then, somehow, got to taking about culture and food. My family is Caribbean so we talked about the foods we liked. It was honestly pleasant and I felt good. But I felt bad once I got home
I failed. My instructor probably now has a false perception of how my family is based on food alone. I chose to reminisce on the "positive" memories of my family when there was so much narc abuse. Reminiscing and feeling "good" about the "good" times is bad. Because if your family is narcissitic the "good" times don't matter
I'm a massive fuck up. Even called my grandma (the mother of my dead narc mom) to make me a childhood favorite dish. whats wrong with me
