Venting I don't want my family to find me

My parents are truly good people. I have already put them through so much pain. There is no way I will traumatise them by letting them discover my dead body. Will dying in public make me a bad person? Even if by SN? Should I care?

I struggle with this same thing. Even not leaving a gory mess, I'm still concerned about the trauma to my family in finding me dead. I haven't found a way around it.
