the mind is worse than any drug i will be never be normal ever again

I don't drink as much as I used to but l still enjoy a bottle of grape brandy every couple of months, only snag is it's getting harder and harder to find a shop that sells it!

I don't drink- i do have gummies to help with pain but i have been combining otc meds and script meds that interact so that i can get some rest from my whirling thoughts in the past few months… I just don't seem to sleep anymore. At the moment i get on average 7 hours sleep every 3 days.

Lately i've been relying more on the 1:1 cbd/thc gummies- (legal in my area btw) but i can't afford that as a habit-

I can tell you, my demons still enter. I just perceive them differently.

I've been thinking about this, how stress destroys my mental state then in comes the depression and anxious state returns, resentment everything.
Yet when you take downers none of it hardly occurs to you.

Id say more than half of people have addictions, be it street drugs or a anti depressant, everyone is so spaced out. Most the human race circling the drain whilst they elevate evil.
