Gotta say it hurts a lot to keep trying.

And you try to brush it off, you tell yourself it's not you who's speaking but depression..

Trust me I know friend. I'm there with you. Saturday I had a good day. Felt like I'd taken a step forwards, felt like maybe things were possible. Sunday I'm right back to feeling hopeless. It's a day by day process. Some days you're going to do well, some days not so much. But you're trying, and that takes strength.
You're not alone. I know your struggle, it is real, and you are doing the best you can.
I don't know you, but I'm proud of youdamn this is beautiful. i almost cried. thats the nicest thing ive seen in a very long time. thank you for posting this
