I don't have many benzos for SN protocol. Is that okay?

I only have around 2.5 mg of alprazolam (xanax) total. I have practically no tolerance to it. Will that be okay for SN protocol? I have the SN and my meto is arriving by mail in a few weeks or so. This is the part I'm most unsure about.

The PPH seems to call for an absurd amount of benzos and also calls to have them crushed and mixed with water IIRC, which is strange considering most benzos aren't even soluble in water. I know they're supposed to make you pass out but surely 2.5 mg would be enough to do that effectively in combination with the SN?

I will be likely getting another prescription of about 6 mg alprazolam next month so that is a factor, too. I think I would be comfortable with that amount, but again, not entirely sure. It's the main part of my SN protocol I haven't entirely figured out yet. That and where/when exactly I'll do it.

Any advice or knowledge would be very helpful, thanks.

Unfortunately not able to answer you, but i'm questioning the same. It's not actually very easy to get high amount of these nowadays depending on the countries. I'm not use to take those drugs so it's like they can act more on you if your body is not used to it, therefore smaller amount could do it.

you would think 0.5mg Alprazolam is compared to 20mg Oxazepam
Again i'm not experience but that's just some clue.. if someone knows better i'm up for an answer.

As the pph states, the most improtant element is the sn, the rest are enhancements.
In my opinion the meto is very much needed as well.
I would say little benzos is better than no benzos.
Some paracetamol or ibuprofen would be a nice to have.

SN and antiemetics are the only crucial ones also fasting for at least 12 hours (no liquid would be ideal) benzos and beta blockers arent really required theyre just there to make you a bit more relaxed in the process.

Thanks for your feedback. get it antiemics are way important. In y opinions benzos too since i really want to be relaxed personally. But indeed everyone's tolerance is different
