These are called "intrusive thoughts" and are pretty much normal - most of us have them. We never talk about them or disclose them, because they are just random stuff that come and go - the problem arises when these start to have an actual effect on you. Usually intrusive thoughts are to be easily ignored as just some random shit your brain makes up, if it isn't the case - you should look into it.Similar threads
