I wanted to ask does it feel bad for the experiences you've lost or over time it stops mattering
Like Covid fucked everything in my life and it came when the developmental years start
I feel sad to realise that there is nothing I can do to get those things back
So will it matter in a few years or I'll get new things to be depressed about

That's rough, sorry to hear. I think life changes your problem set every so often. So in your younger years it may be more a mental struggle, then later on it becomes about things like general health and money. Everyone's circumstances are different but life is still a difficult grind for me. I'm just trying to hang in there as best I can. I do have regrets but they're mostly due to limitations placed on me by physical health issues.
