I know about the desperation you're experiencing. I really do feel for you. As others have already said, you're not going to find anyone who's going to actively help you CTB. Take me, I would urge you take a moment, however long that moment need be, to catch your breath and settle back into your skin. The option to CTB is always going to be there. Right now, just breathe.
