i am not living anymore i dont have good mental health i always sleep all day i destroyed everything about myself i dont have any hope and dreams, my life could haven been better but mental problems and trauma never let me to improve my life i know i will die without any peace

I know how you feel, existing can be painful. There is so much that can go wrong in this life. I think I've already died really. Non existence sounds wonderful to me.
