One day your suffering will end

I was thinking about a method where you would use a plastic bag over your head and make use of an air can duster to get rid of the co2 buildup in your body that causes the panic you would otherwise feel until you become unconscious. It is like a poor man's version of an exit bag that's harder to execute.

Air cans are notorious for being abused to make you high.
"When someone inhales air duster, the gas then displaces oxygen in the lungs. It also removes carbon dioxide from the blood. That causes something called hypoxia, which is why people feel euphoric."

Items needed:
Air can duster, can be easily found on amazon.
A nozzle extension hose (make sure you remove the golden tip and the end of the hose you put in your mouth if there's one like in the image, as you don't need it)

A heavy duty transparent plastic bag that's of high volume since you will be continuously expanding it with the expelled air. Emphasis on transparent, unless you want to do this blind.
Zip ties or velcro straps, depending on how you will go about this.
A ligature to tie around the neck.

Here's how this would work:
You would make use of a hose extender set that replaces the nuzzle on an air canister, with that, you would be able to inhale the air from the air can by putting the nozzle in your mouth and exhale though your nose, getting rid of co2. The nuzzle itself would go under the plastic bag that's on your head tightened with a ligature on your neck. You would also have to tie your hands behind your back, so that you don't rip out the bag while unconscious., and still be able to press on the nozzle with the canister facing upwards. What other option I can see is to strap yourself to a chair and have your hands fit though velcro straps that have been tied to the chair's arms.
This method has to be executed in a timely manner, before the hypercapnia response kicks in and throws you off.

You would start by hyperventilating to expel all co2 from your body to give you more time, then, with the hose in your mouth, pull the bag over your head and tie the ligament around your neck tightly (make sure there's as little air in the bag as possible), so that there is no air going in or out, then quickly secure your arms so that they can't reach the plastic bag, either by zip-tying them behind your back or strap them to your chair. (Before attempting, you would have to make sure beforehand that your hands can still reach and use the air can with the hands tied).
With that done, you start filling your lungs with the gasses of the can, expelling it through the nose. You would do this until you start losing consciousness, at that point, without you being able to use the can anymore, your body will start to suffocate, but you won't be awake to feel any of it.

I have to warn you that this plan is not foolproof and that should you fail to reach the air can after you tied your hands, this method would turn into just another plastic bag method, with all its risks and discomfort associated. And with the zip ties version, you won't be able to back out of it. The gasses from the cans can cause some damage if you fail, but they are mostly from chronic abuse.
There is also a risk of something called sudden sniffing death. When someone inhales an air duster, it can cause changes in their heartbeat that then lead to sudden cardiac arrest, and that in of itself can't be too pleasant.

This is just a hypothetical alternative to someone that would have had intended to use the plastic bag method, and needs further research on it, such as what gasses that can be present in a compressed air can are the best for this.
