How to track dmc shipment?

Hello so I noticed some people talking about being able to track where ur DMC shipment is, but on the app I can't find it. It's been at awaiting processing for a while now and I am wondering if this is something I should worry about.

It took 4 business days for mine to update from "processing" to shipped. You will then be able to track the package on the website.

So it turns out it was hung up bc I used a fake name. Well that sucks, but the guy got back to me quickly.
