Help how to take AE sn

hey everyone i'm going to heaven now friday where i can have some rest finally i have everything i need
I have 1 more question I go with sn but stan guide says no water for 2 hours how should I take painkillers / AE / stomach acid? with little bits of water or maybe without water?
