  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

i have gotten to a point where it is easier to manage my feelings/tendencies and i am no longer as suicidal or mentally unstable as i was before - the occasional trigger does of course bring me a few steps backwards from time to time but for the time being i would say i have improved in terms of my mental state and will to live.

therapy, crisis call centers, etc. haven't been very helpful and i'd like to know if there were other resources to help me manage myself so i could continue to improve and avoid any possibility of going back to square one again. i feel as though i need a very personalized approach and i fear that i may fall into the somewhat "therapy resistant" category.

please let me know if any more info /concerns need to be addressed.

Have you ever tried group therapy? Sometimes meeting others in similar situations is more helpful than the therapy itself.
Alternatively, if you are or have dealt with addictions I know people who have found AA meetings incredibly helpful (there are plenty more fellowships for different addictions that's just the most publicly recognized).
