Yesterday I cut my wrist for the first time(back side). what is proper way to hide them? Should I tie a bandage? What should I do from the medical perspective?

Make sure you gently clean it with water, and try to cover it with a bandage or plaster/band aid. Make sure you change it semi-regularly too, and keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn't get infected. If you want to "hide" them, you can always where long sleeved clothes to ensure nobody sees. I'm sorry that you were feeling so low to do that

First rule in hiding cuts is make sure its clean and hygiene before you hide it. I'd suggest to clean the wound with rubbing alcohol or clean water. I'd recommend rubbing alcohol more as to disinfect any bacteria that remains in the wound. As the above suggestions said, you can cover them with band aid or plaster if its large enough.

long sleeves.
I normally just cut on legs as there is a larger surface and easily hideable. Lately, i don't even care anymore.

Triple antibiotic creme will help keep infection at bay. After the initial clean up I wouldn't use alcohol unless it gets infected. Skip hydrogen peroxide, it will damage the cut surfaces

In the case of deeper cuts, you want to keep it covered and moist.

1. Thoroughly clean the wound with antibacterial soap and warm water

2. Stuff the cut full of globs of antibiotic ointment after the bleeding has stopped and before a scab has formed
2a. Use butterfly bandages to close the wound if the edges of skin are far apart

3. Place a non-stick pad over the wound and tape it down

4. Rinse and repeat once a day until the cut has closed

.

I'd agree to this but it kinda depends on the availability of the antibiotic creme. Rubbing alcohol seems to have the same effect with more available on the store. For antibiotic I'd suggest creme containing Gentamicin in it.

I've never cut before (I'm kinda considering it rn), but as a kid I always loved wearing bracelets. I liked wearing the thick rubber ones that looked like these:

and I also had some that were on those stretchy strings, it kinda looked like this:

I wore so many of them they completely covered my arm. I remember a kid in my class asking if I cut because she heard people wear bracelets to hide their cuts.

So if you either don't want to wear long sleeves or live somewhere hot and either can't really wear them without suffering from the heat or drawing more attention to yourself, that might be an option.
