The loudwolf brand doesn't ship there, and every local option I found was in bulk (really expensive) or just not pure enough (like 6%)
Any ideas/ sources?

I ordered from eBay back in November and December, from different vendors. Both parcels arrived but it took more than a month. Recently I ordered one more from a new vendor based in UK.
