Help How to get a gun in Canada

Legally? I looked this up before a long time ago there is a site that guides you towards getting one.
if you google "How to legally buy a gun in canada" its the first result.


Illegally though is a whole different story I wouldn't know where to begin And its probably a lot harder now with the US border closed.

Legally isn't exactly that difficult but time consuming. You have to take a course and get a certificate or license that says you're allowed to have one and then you walk into a place and buy one.
Another method I found too time consuming. Of course most of them are because you have to wait for shipping. But this is also too much work I might as well get myself some deer steak lol

Legally you can get your PAL license and then just go to a store and buy one (may not be possible during COVID because its a class). Illegally, you're gonna have to know the right street people for that.

I'd imagine gaining a gun in Canada would be harder after the shooting in Nova Scotia. They banned some 1,500 types of guns in the country. But I'm not a Canadian so I'm purely speculating.
