I've been self harming for a long time now, though I've had a massive break between when i started and now. When I was younger I went a couple months doing it every day, got found out and had to stop and only occasinally cut myself again. Now I've proper relapsed and I'm at it again. Don't care to stop, don't want to be told to stop because I simply don't get why I should.
I'd just like some advice on how to cut deeper? I can't seem to get past the epidermis. I've never reached dermis or the BEANS, my regular cuts only go to stratum granulosum or spinosum tops (layers in the epidermis). It's not about the pain, but the injury and blood itself so would pain killers help? A sharper tool? Any advice is helpful. Thank you!
