I've been procrastinating for years at this point and now I'm brain rotted just watching reels and tiktoks all day all night I need a method that I don't have to read a novel to learn how to do and acquire materials I guess jumping but I've stood at high bridges and can't get myself to move help me I'm fucked. Need to die before January 1

Well for some reason I'm just not fucking reading them. Sorry for wasting time I don't know how I'll ever ctb maybe it's because I've had multiple methods and couldn't complete any so I just know subconsciously that acquiring another method is wasted effort
